We were contracted by the Kelly Sutherlin Mcleod Architecture, Inc. recently to consult on all matters relative to the ongoing water intrusion issues at te historic Virginia Robinson Gardens Home in Beverly Hills, California. The photos below illustrate the repairs that were completed at the roof of the Staff Quarters Building under our recommendations. Through a forensic investigation, The Terra-Petra team was able to determine that the roof slopes were off and thus causing water to pound (pool) at one end of the building. This ponding-water had begun to migrate through the roof and into the structure. The roof slope was completely reconstructed at this end of the building to effectively direct water to the roof drains.
